I used to be here all the time. This used to be my place, my peeps. It's so strange now to look back and see the past and what started me on the road to being an artist. Now I'm a graduate with a bachelor's degree and looking for a full time job. YIKEs.
First though, I'm going to Rio and watching the Olympics. Job later :P
Idk. I watched a romcom and now I'm all fluffy and it's also midnight. Happy DA-ing everyone :heart:

Getting a little nostalgic
I recently re-played Super Paper Mario, which made me think of the old fanfiction, The Return of Darkness, which brought me back here, where it all started. Back when I started drawing and writing at 15, I never imagined graduating with an art degree, and now I'll be graduating with my BFA in illustration in May. I have an internship with a famous comic artist getting set up and ready to go this semester, and a big art show in St Louis next month. I may not be a tumblr famous artist, but I have certainly come a long way and I'm constantly improving (or at least trying!).

...I say that pretty much any time I'm on here anymore, despite the fact that I check DA still pretty frequently. Maybe one of these days I'll try to get back on. Regardless, it's probably time to make a new DA blog and try to do more advertising for my artwork without the heavy burden of my ancient fanart and fanfics (even though the fanfics are better than my current writing /dies)
My tumblr is always open, and I'll get back to comicking after finals :V

Cause people may be stumbling onto your page for the first time despite your current activity. XD It's why a lot of our old work still gets a passing favorite or comment once in a while. They find it in some group or they stumble upon your gallery and go OOOOOOOOH I LIKE THIS
